The ERAM program within the Transportation Solutions business area (Health and Civil Sector) has an immediate opening for a Program Financial Analyst.  This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the longest tenured contracts within Leidos.

Primary Responsibilities

As a key member of the program team, you will work directly with the finance and planning teams as well as the program managers to help achieve financial goals and objectives; create and maintain a program's budget baseline, analyze progress reported against the program baseline; identify risks and opportunities against the program baseline; and recommend actions to improve progress to achieve flawless program execution.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial forecasts, reports, and analysis
  • Oversee and reconcile the Contract Budget Baseline (CBB) log
  • Support the Cobra monthly status process
  • Perform funding/spend plan data reconciliation and consolidation
  • Monitor key performance indicators, highlighting any trends and investigating causes of unexpected variances to forecast
  • Help program managers identify programmatic risk and opportunities that will impact program financials while recommending cost reductions and ways to mitigate risk
  • Month-end closings and variance/trend analyses

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline and 2+ years of program finance experience or a Masters with less than 2 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrid contracts
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentations skills needed as well as being able to operate independently
  • US citizenship is required.
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust security clearanc

Preferred Qualifications

  • Earned Value Management experience
  • Knowledge of Leidos financial systems such as:  Cobra, CostPoint, Cognos, PowerBI
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, such as: Project, Excel, Power Point and Word.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00
