We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Sports Medicine team in Madrid. In this role, you'll be part of a team that leads all marketing activities related to the launch of implants, including elbow, hip, and shoulder solutions.

If you have 2–3 years of experience in product or marketing roles and enjoy turning strategy into action, this could be your next step.

What you’ll do:

• Support product strategy and marketing plans

• Coordinate product launches and track performance

• Work closely with sales to deliver tools, materials, and training

• Gather customer insights to improve product and campaigns

• Manage events, tradeshows, and medical education activities

• Build strong relationships with KOLs and track related contracts

• Support content creation: newsletters, social media, campaigns

• Monitor KPIs, stay on budget, and align with cross-functional teams

Your Profile:

• Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical field

• Native or C2 level of Spanish with fluent level of English (C1)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, in roles like product manager or product specialist

• Exprience in the medical device sector will be a plus
