Insurance Specialist, Life & Health (Implementation)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • End-to-end implementation of benefits within Employee Navigator.
  • Partner with our internal sales team to gather required client and plan information.
  • Configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, and contribution strategies within the system.
  • Build and maintain accurate employee census and enrollment data..
  • Manage and support open enrollment setup, testing, and execution within the platform.
  • Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure accurate plan setup and timelines.
  • Validate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies prior to go-live.
  • Provide client support and guidance throughout the implementation process.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for benefit administration system setup and questions.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists in the accomplishment of Insperity Company goals.
  • Helps other employees to accomplish Insperity Company goals.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.
  • Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • One to four years of related work experience is required.

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS

  • Valid Insurance license for Life and Health Lines is preferred.
