About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our growing Customer Success team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to our largest, most complex healthcare staffing agencies. You’ll be responsible for driving adoption, increasing customer lifetime value, and expanding relationships across multiple stakeholders and divisions within enterprise accounts.
This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic, data-driven relationship builder who thrives on solving complex challenges, managing cross-functional initiatives, and delivering measurable results at scale. You’ll help shape the future of our enterprise customer success function and play a critical role in Vivian Health’s continued growth.

The range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000 yearly base salary, with additional commission opportunities up to $45,000 annually. This is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
