CU Boulder Hillel is seeking a passionate and motivated IACT Engagement Coordinator to enrich the lives of students and shape Jewish life on campus. The IACT Engagement Coordinator will possess contagious Jewish passion, entrepreneurial energy, strong leadership, and competitive networking skills. They will work together with the Hillel staff to innovate and develop strategies that will provide opportunities for students to build their Jewish network, connect to Israel and Judaism in meaningful ways, and positively impact each student's Jewish Journey.
The IACT Engagement Coordinator is a student-facing role that will work with a team to recruit, staff, and lead our Birthright Israel program. This role is responsible for the pre- and post-trip student experience, creating a complete and holistic experience that connects students to each other, CU Boulder Hillel, and their own Jewish journey. The IACT Engagement Coordinator will focus efforts in several communities, with a particular emphasis on the Greek Life student community, building relationships with their leadership, engaging students, and creating relevant and exciting Hillel programming to serve their needs.
CU Boulder has an active Jewish campus community, both literally and figuratively. With more than 3,000 Jewish undergraduate students, CU Boulder Hillel is home to one of the largest and fastest-growing Jewish student populations in the country. The City of Boulder sits at the base of the Rocky Mountains, just minutes away from Denver, and is a great place to live as an early-career Jewish professional. Outside of campus you have access to hiking, skiing/snowboarding, beautiful landscapes, and plenty of shopping, dining, and nightlife. The community provides many opportunities to grow your network with an active young professional scene and countless ways to meet new people.
CU Boulder Hillel is affiliated with Hillel International. Hillel International enriches the lives of Jewish students so they may enrich the Jewish people and the world, and envisions a world where every student is inspired to make an enduring commitment to Jewish life, learning and Israel.
In 1923, Rabbi Benjamin Frankel started Hillel with humble means, a noble mission and a breathtaking vision: to convey Jewish civilization to a new generation. Today, Hillel International continues to enrich the lives of Jewish students and is the largest Jewish campus organization in the world at nearly 1,000 colleges and universities across North America and around the world. As Hillel evolves as an organization, the mission remains steadfast: to create lasting connections with every Jewish student that foster an enduring commitment to Jewish life, learning, and Israel and train them to become the next Jewish leaders.
Hillel is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to creating an accepting and inclusive environment for all.
