Position Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in ensuring standardized implementation of the headquarters’ individual insurance channel training systems and related policies within the assigned branch, and support branch offices in achieving their training performance targets.
2. Organize and deliver various sales advancement courses, mid-to-senior-level management training programs, and honor trainer development courses at the branch level.
3. Develop and nurture both internal and external trainer teams.
4. Conduct on-site inspections of agent training activities and training records within supervised agencies to ensure compliance with training regulations.
5. Collaborate with departments at both headquarters and branch levels to support and complete various projects and assignments.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
