Responsibilities

The Treasury Analyst participates in the day-to-day Treasury operations including cash management initiatives, banking relationships, banking platforms, month end reporting, intercompany loans, and the company’s credit card program. This position reports to the Treasury Senior Manager and works closely with all Finance functions.  The Treasury team has operations in the Mexico and the U.S. and will work closely with Global Treasury colleagues in Japan.

Responsibilities include:

Help maintain banking relationships and identify opportunities to enhance bank services and the customer experience Manage all aspects of banking administration including maintenance of all bank accounts and authorized signers Oversee daily cash position and initiation of wire transfers Sustain accounting functions and procedures directly related to the P&L and balance sheet Support reporting requirements for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles Manage intercompany transactions and borrowing processes, reporting, repayments, and documentation Oversee the company’s credit card program Develop and maintain Treasury policies and procedures and support SOX compliance Identify and implement process improvements within the Treasury function Support special projects and other duties as assigned


Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field
3+ years of experience
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data analysis skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Knowledge of accounting, financial markets, investment strategies, financial instruments, and risk management concepts.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
