Key Responsibilities
•    Design internal pallets for use within the Cab Facility to support production, WDO, and logistics requirements.
•    Lead internal pallet management for WIP and sub-assembly parts, including Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), repair, and full lifecycle management.
•    Develop pallet replenishment plans aligned with the production schedule.
•    Ensure pallet utilization complies with internal process requirements and enhances production efficiency.
•    Design and perform internal validation of lifting devices and lifting rings to meet safety and operational standards.

Key Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design or a related field.
•    Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in pallet design.
•    Strong communication and coordination skills for internal and external stakeholders.
•    Proficient in English reading, writing, and listening; oral fluency in English is a plus.

Additional Information:
The position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
