Receive first report of claims from dealerships. Communicate with insurance companies about claims.

A Claims Analyst I would be responsible for taking first report of claims from a dealership. Gathering data and documents to report the claim to the insurance company. Following up with personal auto carriers to receive status of claims. Following up with our insured’s carrier regarding claims numbers and status. Responding to Dealer inquires and questions about the claim process or the program. The claims analyst would spend most of their time working on claims through our VIP website and will be communicating with dealership representatives from all 50 states.
