As Key Account Manager, you will build and sustain robust relationships with our most crucial merchants, ensuring exceptional operational performance and growth.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

  • <point>Account Management: Manage and expand relationships with existing key accounts, proactively identifying new business opportunities while ensuring key accounts meet strong operational KPIs. Own the partner’s P&L and be responsible for its profitability and growth. </point>
  • <point>Campaign Performance: Ensure all campaign processes are in place and proactively work to improve overall monthly performance. </point>
  • <point>Account Planning: Develop account plans to increase volumes and improve key accounts profitability.</point>
  • <point>Client Support: Respond to client queries, manage emails and calls, and resolve their challenges. </point>
  • <point>Reporting: Prepare and present monthly reports to all key accounts, providing consultancy about what can be improved and implemented for further growth. </point>
  • <point>Quality Standards: Collaborate with Merchant Operations and Sales Managers to ensure every account meets our quality standards. </point>
  • <point>Contract Negotiation: Renegotiate contract terms, including commission rates and campaign plans, with key accounts regularly. </point>
  • <point>Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various departments (Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) to drive key accounts growth.<point>
  • <point>Marketing Activities: Negotiate and implement activities through marketing with the partners ( banners, communications, etc.) <point>

  • <point>Minimum 3 years in account management, business consultancy, business development, or similar roles with a focus on the restaurant industry. </point>
  • <point>Ability to interpret and present data to generate insights and support decision-making.</point>
  • <point>Proven track record of achieving critical metrics and revenue targets.</point>
  • <point>Strong capability in leading & prioritizing tasks and projects, managing resources, and time efficiently. Highly organized. </point>
  • <point>Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems.</point>
  • <point>Ability to develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with key accounts, using excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills.</point>
  • <point>Experience in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment is a strong plus.</point>
  • <point>Be open to working in a dynamic environment and adapt easily to changes.</point>
  • <point>Excellent communication & written skills in Ukrainian and communicative English.</point>
