Build a market approach that supports growth across the BLS portfolio, balancing near-term demand generation with long-term brand and credibility building.
Identify and prioritize market growth opportunities by customer segment (e.g., top pharma, fast-growing biopharma, emerging biotech) and by use case across drug development stages and translate insights into annual priorities and program focus.
Translate global campaign themes into locally relevant programs that reflect South Korean market dynamics and cultural nuances, while maintaining Labcorp brand consistency.
Develop clear positioning, messaging, and value propositions across BLS offerings catering to Korea market, tailored to key stakeholders and decision-making roles (e.g., R&D, Tox & PK, ClinOps, biomarker teams, etc.).
Plan and execute integrated marketing programs across digital, content, and field programs (including events and SME engagement) to drive measurable demand and commercial outcomes.
Optimize audience targeting, channel selection, and campaign sequencing based on market behavior and performance insights.
Deliver qualified leads in alignment with existing lead definitions and processes, and provide consistent visibility into campaign outcomes through performance reporting and insights.

Continuously improve effectiveness through testing and optimization (e.g., messaging, creative, channel mix, audience segmentation).
Lead ABM planning and execution (1-to-many and 1-to-few) to support priority segments and strategic accounts in South Korea.
Influence internal stakeholders (BD/Sales, SMEs, regional/global teams) to align account priorities, messaging, and engagement approach.
Support opportunity progression within priority accounts by engaging relevant stakeholders across the buying committee with tailored narratives and coordinated touchpoints.
Own the local content strategy and production plan to support demand generation and ABM priorities across the BLS portfolio.
Develop and localize high-impact proof-point and thought leadership assets (e.g., case studies, white papers/insight pieces) in partnership with SMEs and regional/global teams.
Translate technical capabilities into customer-relevant value narratives tailored to key stakeholder roles and priority use cases across drug development stages.
Ensure Korean localization is transcreation (not direct translation), aligning tone, structure, and proof points to South Korean expectations while maintaining Labcorp brand consistency.
Build and execute an annual event marketing strategy to engage decision makers in Korean pharma/biotech, including the right conferences, forums, roundtables, and curated customer engagements.
Maintain strong awareness of and participation in key South Korea drug development events and communities, ensuring Labcorp presence is purposeful and aligned to strategic priorities.
Design event programs with clear objectives and measurable outcomes and collaborate with event manager for pre-/during-/post-event activities to maximize engagement and commercial impact.
Plan and deliver webinars as digital events to support campaigns and ABM objectives, coordinating topics and speakers with internal SMEs and relevant stakeholders.
Operate effectively in a matrix organization and influence key stakeholders to align priorities and deliver high-impact marketing programs for South Korea.
Partner closely with South Korea BD/Sales and scientific/technical SMEs to ensure plans reflect customer realities, technical differentiation, and commercial priorities across the BLS portfolio.
Collaborate with APAC and Global marketing teams to align on messaging, core assets, and campaign frameworks, and drive efficient execution across time zones.
Enable the field by converting approved messaging and assets into sales-ready formats (e.g., client-facing decks, solution brochures, videos, key objection-handling points and other collaterals.) to improve adoption and consistency.
Maintain a strong understanding of the South Korean drug development ecosystem, including customer needs, decision-making dynamics, and competitor positioning across service areas.
Capture and synthesize Voice-of-Customer insights from clients, BD/SMEs, events, and digital engagement to inform strategy, messaging, and program prioritization.
Provide structured, periodic insights to regional/global stakeholders to inform planning and optimization (e.g., market/competitor/VOC summaries) and shape market approach and campaign planning.
Own the South Korea marketing budget planning and tracking, ensuring resources are allocated to the highest-impact priorities.
Manage spending responsibly and transparently; report budget status and performance outcomes to stakeholders.
Ensure marketing investments are evaluated through ROI and business impact lenses.
Ensure marketing activities and materials comply with internal policies, industry standards, and applicable data/privacy requirements.

The scope of responsibilities is not strictly limited to a single geography and may evolve based on business priorities.
Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager to support team and organizational objectives.
