• The position is needed to address the IT and Communications system requirements for the Philippines National Maritime Center under the Philippines Technical Refresh project
• Responsibility:
  • Design and Integration: Oversee survey, development, configuration and integration of IT and Communications systems supporting C4ISR functions, ensuring interoperability with existing maritime command infrastructure
  • Network management: oversee design and manage implementation of secure, high-availability communication networks (LAN/WAN/Satellite) for real-time operations
  • Cybersecurity: Oversee assessment and implementation of cybersecurity standards and controls
  • Technical support: provide support for IT systems, communication equipment and operational procedures
  • Training and capacity building: support training of end-user personnel on systems, tools and best practices for sustained systems and operations
  • Stakeholder coordination: collaborate with stakeholders, end-user agencies, subcontractors and technical experts to align system development with operational requirements
