Role Overview:
Exhibit a deep understanding of our Processes Policies & Tools, amend processes to suit global standards while maintaining country specific nuances, drive the People Services model among employees and have the capability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.About the Role:
• Ensure best-in-class service is provided to the business by ensuring employees’ queries and work requests are responded to professionally and within predefined Service Level
Agreements (SLAs) using Live Chat and tickets on JIRA Platform.
• Partner with various Stakeholders and participate in projects, as required, and take care of any ad-hoc activities at a Global Level that come in which require operational support.
• You will need to ensure all HR transactions are processed on Workday system with 100% accuracy and efficiency.
• You will need to increase and promote the use of self-service by creating documentation to add to our HR knowledge database. You will also need to maintain process documentation to align with business process needs, statutory and regulatory changes.
• You will build relationships across the business (both inside and outside the HR team)ensuring stakeholders are kept informed and where applicable, consulted, about process change requests that impact their area.
• You will work in co-ordination with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth Onboarding of new hires into the company.
• You will need to ensure all hire to retire tactical administration activities including (but not limited to) assisting new hires in filling statutory onboarding forms, benefits enrolments, storing employee data on various tools, taking care of the exit formalities of termed employees, providing HR inputs to payroll, maintaining Personnel files and complying to laws
of the land are performed as per the prescribed timelines with 100% accuracy.
• You should constantly challenge the status quo and bring in ideas to make the processes as concise, accurate and efficient as possible to provide excellent employee experience.
• You will participate in HR projects, as required and take care of any ad-hoc activities which require operational support.
About You:
• The candidate should have a graduate/master’s degree in HR or related fields with 2+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Past experience handing and managing HR activities for APAC & INDIA region will be preferred.
• Knowledge of general personnel practices and procedures that will help you answer general questions on benefits, new employee on-boarding, HR programs/policy, etc.
• Knowledge of Google Apps including Docs, Sheets and Gmail.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• You are an intrinsically motivated self-starter with a strategic mindset who will “own” any issues and persevere to find solutions.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems preferably Workday and CRM tools.
• Ability to identify process gaps/ no process areas and work with stakeholders to create organized processes while managing multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated and high self esteem
• Good time management with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
• Ability to work flexible hours if needed to meet critical deadlines/ attend global meetings, as required.
