This role is for a highly process-oriented and dynamic individual that will be specifically focused on governing the Core Accounts Capacity and Financials with particular focus on the regulatory Programs and Projects in our portfolio and their alignment to the ARTs we're running. In this role the successful candidate will liaise with the others key roles and Business Managers to deliver high quality capacity and financial management.

    The ideal candidate will have also the knowledge to review and automate processes where required.

    An experience using data analytics tools and dashboards to manage complex financial reports and capacity planning are a preferred requirement.

    The following requirements represent a strong plus:

    • Deep knowledge of the Treasury & Trade Services business
    • ICG Project and Program Management Standard
    • PTS 2.0
    • TTS Jira
    • Scaled Agile Framework
    • Qliksense or other Data Analytics tool

    Other Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and senior management communication.
    • Demonstrated experience in the financial management or similar PMO experience

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and review the Capacity Planning and the financial forecast for assigned book of work in our dedicated platforms and aligned to our ARTs and Value Streams

    • Analise trends and identify possible variances, risks and opportunities

    • Prepare and discuss Capacity and Financial reports with senior stakeholders and business office

    • Coordinate and Manage financial transfers with partners and Business Office

    • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how areas of IT project leadership collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals.
    • Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.
    • Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties.
    • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
    • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
    • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
    • Ability to manage teams. 
    • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

    • 5-8 years experience in a similar role with commensurate people management experience.


    Education:

    • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
