The Business Insights Specialist (US) role is with US Marketing and will be responsible for supporting data targeting strategies as well as executing marketing campaigns thru Salesforce. In this role you will be working in an agile method with other Marketing functions and the Business Line to perform analysis and translate data into information to help define audiences and segmentation to support go-to-market strategies.
The Business Insights Specialist (US) is responsible for executing marketing campaigns in the Salesforce ecosystem – using Data Cloud to build audiences and segments and Marketing Cloud to build journeys and execute. The role also is responsible for conducting data analysis and create data queries, segments and calculated insights using SQL. To support and bring targeted strategies to market, the role is also responsible for conducting data analysis on customer, account and product data using analytical tools such as SQL, SAS, Python, Tableau or DataBricks.
The Business Insights Specialist (US) is responsible for amassing deep business subject matter expertise to leverage marketing segmentation techniques, generate relevant analytical insights for business issues and identify opportunities to drive business growth and value. Using their strong communication skills, the Business Insights Specialist (US) will work in partnership with business leaders to present or generate appropriate insights, influence data strategy and deliver supporting collateral and/or presentations.
This candidate will be an individual on a team that supports data and campaign targeting strategy for different lines of businesses. This role will be an individual contributor and will need to step in to take ownership of their book of business.
The Business Insights Specialist is responsible for conducting analyses on curated and/or aggregated DataMart's in conjunction with deep business subject matter expertise, to generate relevant analytical insights for business issues and identify opportunities to drive business growth and value. This role works in partnership with business leaders to present or generate appropriate insights including the delivery of supporting collateral and/or presentations.
