We are looking for a Service Coordinator with strong organisational skills, to take ownership for coordinating our service support teams, ensuring that our customers maintenance and repairs are met with great customer service and a timely response.

How you will do it:

  • Overall Engineer scheduling

  • Engineers Utilisation (Time & Attendance)

  • Engineer Planner Management

  • Engineer Timesheet Processing

  • Raising Jobs – Maintenance, Quoted & Reactive

  • Parts Ordering

  • Communicating with Customers (Verbally and in Writing)

  • Obtaining Customer POs

  • Key Customers - System Management

  • Maintaining Customer KPIs

  • Customer Invoicing

  • Customer Quotations / Estimates (Driven from Engineer Timesheets)

  • WIP Management

  • Maintaining Engineer Training Matrix

  • Accounts Receivable / Payable Management

  • EHS Management

  • FGAS Legislation Compliance

What we look for - essential:

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Focus on customer engagement & management

  • Ability to prioritise workload

  • Capable of working without documented procedures and with limited supervision.

  • A committed ‘can do’ positive attitude with the ability to integrate and work as a member of a team

  • A willingness / ability to adapt and learn in an ever-changing environment
