Workplace Type:

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and partnership.

As a Customer Success Analyst, you’ll work to analyze partner performance, surface insights, and help shape partner strategy. You’ll contribute directly to partner-facing conversations—supporting business reviews, performance discussions, and strategic planning—while developing the skills and judgment required to grow into a Customer Success Manager role over time.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working deeply in data, wants exposure to external stakeholders, and is motivated by a clear path toward owning partner relationships in the future.

*This role is open to remote or hybrid candidates (East coast preference), with hybrid being central to our New York, NY or Charlotte area offices. Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time hours.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze partner performance: Evaluate acquisition, efficiency, and outcome metrics to understand performance drivers, risks, and opportunities across partner portfolios.
  • Support partner strategy: Develop data-backed insights and recommendations that inform partner optimization and long-term growth plans.
  • Participate in partner-facing work: Support business reviews and partner discussions by preparing analyses, narratives, and performance summaries.
  • Diagnose issues: Conduct structured analysis to identify root causes behind performance changes or underperformance.
  • Build analytical tools: Contribute to dashboards, scorecards, and frameworks used to assess partner health, retention risk, and growth potential.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an analytical, customer-facing, or commercial role (e.g., analytics, strategy, customer success, operations).
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort working in Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools; SQL experience is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with interest in partner-facing work.
  • Curious, structured thinker who enjoys problem-solving and learning how businesses grow.

What You'll Get:

  • Analytical foundation: Build deep analytical skills that directly shape partner strategy and performance.
  • External exposure: Support real partner conversations and business decisions—not just internal reporting.
  • Clear growth path: Develop toward a Customer Success Manager role with defined progression and increasing ownership.
  • Proximity to impact: See how insights translate into action and measurable outcomes.

Compensation:

This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role. Where eligible, equity may also be offered separately and not included below. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.

  • Total Cash Compensation Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
  • New York City Total Cash Compensation Range: $100,000 - $125,000 per year

Additionally, the following benefits are provided by Red Ventures, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Health Insurance Coverage (medical, dental, and vision)
  • Life Insurance
  • Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance
  • Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Holiday Pay
  • 401(k) with match
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Paid Parental Bonding Benefit Program
  • Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO): We believe time to rest and recharge is essential.  That’s why we offer a generous and flexible PTO policy.  Full-time employees accrue 20 days of PTO for a full calendar year annually, with an increase to 25 days after five years of service.
