As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components or applications. The engineer applies modern development methodologies and frameworks to continuously improve and adapt solutions to meet evolving business requirements, fostering innovation and collaboration throughout the software development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience with integration patterns and middleware technologies related to enterprise software.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based platforms and services to support scalable application development.
- Ability to design and implement APIs and integration flows using modern tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues to maintain system reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
