We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance systems, to join our team. As a key member of the finance operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving business process improvements and ensuring financial accuracy within our organization. Your primary focus will be on supporting our accounting and reporting systems. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement changes to those tools, prioritize tasks based on deadlines, and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders. About the Role
In this role as Senior Analyst Finance Systems, you will:
Review and document existing processes, methods, forms and reports.
Confer with management and users to identify problems and improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise and execute improvements.
Determine priorities for tasks based on their urgency and impact on the overall goals of the project or initiative.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing business processes and maximizing efficiency.
Prepare manuals and train workers in use of new forms, reports, procedures or equipment, according to organizational policy.
Oversee system security processes in order to ensure compliance with segregation of duties and mitigate any potential risks or issues.
Assist in providing information required for critical tasks as part of closing activities.
About you
You’re a fit for the role of Senior Analyst Finance Systems, if your background includes:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience working in a similar capacity.
Experience in ERP system support (e.g., experience with SAP ECC or SAP S4 and Business Explorer)
Flexibility to work partially during offshore hours. The role requires the candidate to work in 12 pm - 9 pm IST
Strong understanding of accounting standards and processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, with the capability to perform advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
Basic understanding of data reporting principles and tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with various stakeholders across different departments.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn new concepts and adapt to changing requirements quickly.
A proactive mindset with a bias for action and problem-solving skills.
