KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • From a strategic element, implement the marketing (Category) plans into a Country, Channel and Customer specific plan, with guidance from the Category Strategic Planners.
  • Design and execute trade promotions, displays, and activations
  • Manage trade spend effectiveness and ROI and Customer JBP s
  • Manage customer P&L [gross Margin/Trade Investments/Discounts and Rebates]
  • Identify growth opportunities by category, brand, and SKU
  • From an operational perspective, the role is central to Business Delivery involving the day-to-day tasks of the category, channel & customer. CBD Exc will provide clarity to the CD Team on M0 activity plan, category strategy, promo & pricing strategy, key innovations/renovations, channel priorities, core of the core & NRM.
  • Understands the channel footprint of business in the market, optimizes the full extent of the channel opportunity, sets the customer/channel targets to reflect channel choices & prioritization and leads the CD team to operationalize the plan.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in customer development and category planning
  • Sales & Operational Experience
  • Strong Commercial & Financial Acumen
  • Trade Category Management Knowledge
  • University Graduate
