About The Team
As a part of Walmart's International eCommerce Product team, we are focused on delivering delightful shopping experiences for customers across markets by building and leveraging cutting-edge technology solutions. The team is responsible for personalized browsing experience for Mexico, Canada, and other Walmart International sites for our customers and drive key business KPIs. We shape experiences across eCommerce journey and beyond, meeting our customers with relevant recommendations anywhere on their journey with Walmart.
About The Role
The role of Personalization Product team is to know all aspects of our customers deeply enough to enable cross-collaborative teams to power experiences that delight customers and result in driving one-to-one customer relationships. This role will work extensively with data science and engineering to drive hyper-personalized shopping experiences by leveraging emerging technology and play an integral role in defining why we should build something before finalizing what to build. This role will enable a step change in personalization capabilities across international markets by building solutions, for right customer problems, that not only solve customer problems but also work for business in meaningful ways.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
