Summary: As an Infrastructure Architect, you will be responsible for leading the definition, design, and documentation of technical environments. Your typical day will involve deploying solution architectures, conducting analysis of alternative architectures, creating architectural standards, defining processes to ensure conformance with standards, instituting solution-testing criteria, defining a solution's cost of ownership, and promoting a clear and consistent business vision through technical architectures. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the definition, design, and documentation of technical environments. - Deploy solution architectures and conduct analysis of alternative architectures. - Create architectural standards and define processes to ensure conformance with standards. - Institute solution-testing criteria and define a solution's cost of ownership. - Promote a clear and consistent business vision through technical architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures, routing, switching, genesys CX and Amazon Connect - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Enterprise Network Operations. - Strong understanding of network infrastructures. - Experience in deploying solution architectures. - Solid grasp of architectural standards and processes. - Experience in instituting solution-testing criteria. Experience: A: Experience on OSI model TCP IP and IP Subnetting B: Understanding of Virtual Machines/ Firewalls C: PowerShell scripting D: Experience in configuration of Cisco Switches Routers and wireless devices E: Good Troubleshooting skills in Cisco Switches and Routers F: Good to have AWS certification, CCNA, CCNP Additional Information: - A 15 year full-time education with strong educational background in Technology Architecture, Technology & Information Architectures, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
