This IT Warehouse Associate will be responsible for assisting with IT hardware setup, shipping and troubleshooting of equipment in our Warehouse in Lebanon, IN

What You’ll Do:

• Fulfill equipment requests to be setup, packaged and shipped out of our IT warehouse.

• Assist with Inventory Asset Management.

• Install, troubleshoot, and monitor desktop hardware, OS and application Software

• Maintain accurate records of requests in our Service Desk

• Manage network users through Active Directory, O365, Azure and Exchange according to corporate policy

• Ability to work at a high level of independence, utilizing resources with good judgment.

What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:

    •    1-3 years experience in IT Support, fulfillment/distribution center, warehouse or similar

    •    Previous Inventory / Customer Service / IT Troubleshooting related experience is desired.

    •    Previous experience with Windows PC device setup strongly desired but not required.

    •    Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

    •    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    •    Forklift Certified (or ability to attain shortly after employment begins)

    •    Ability to frequently lift, move and maneuver up to 75Ibs.

    •    Must be in the office Mon-Fri, working hours are from 8:30AM – 5:00PM MST.

Pay Range:

$23.94-$28.93 Hourly
