How you will make an impact:

• Lead or support end-to-end sourcing projects in the Technology category – from strategy and supplier selection to contract execution;

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and acquisition requirements;

• Manage low to medium complexity RFP/RFQ processes, quotations, and supplier negotiations ensuring compliance and value creation;

• Support integration and disposition activities for acquisitions, ensuring alignment with company procurement policies and processes;

• Partner with cross-functional teamsto prepare and execute contracts and Statements of Work (SoWs);

• Engage effectively with suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, and resolve issues to mutual satisfaction;

• Ensure accuracy and transparency in reporting, providing regular updates on project status, key dependencies, and KPIs;

• Support data and document management activities related to Procurement tools, systems, and automation improvements;

• Drive cost optimization and service improvements through innovative sourcing solutions and continuous process enhancement;

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support global and regional initiatives.

Skill that make your work successful:

• 3 – 5 years of experience in the procurement sourcing and at least 2 - 4 years in Technology sourcing;

• · Understanding of the legislations across Europe related to procurement and to the use of subcontractors;

• · Understanding of supplier sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier management, with experience in supporting or delivering tender management and negotiating agreements or Service Level Agreements;

• · Demonstrable experience in leading small teams, if required;

• ·Strategic sourcing and category management expertise including Contract drafting, and contract law;

• Excellent negotiation & influencing skills while engaging with senior management within Accenture or Accenture’s suppliers

• Strong stakeholder and supplier relationship management skills

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.
