What You will do:
  • Define the Future Path: Craft and execute a long-term vision for the critical knowledge and skills required for the next generation of surgical robotics and medical technology to ensure the business remains competitive.
  • Drive Clinical Excellence: Act as the ultimate guardian of clinical proficiency, ensuring your team translates complex medical technology into refined clinical skills that lead to measurable procedural success.
  • Regional Strategy & Scale: Oversee the governance of APAC clinical curriculums to ensure a consistent, high-quality Stryker education experience while meeting the specific market needs of various local regions.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with regional VPs and divisional leaders to align educational strategy with high-level sales and marketing priorities.
  • Formalized Education Structure: Implement formalized instructional design frameworks to ensure training is behavior-based and results-oriented.
  • The 70-20-10 Model: Architect multi-month learning journeys that combine formal knowledge acquisition with social learning and on-the-job skill application.
  • Measurement of Impact: Establish a robust dashboard of metrics to evaluate training effectiveness, moving beyond satisfaction scores to measure tangible skill development and long-term business impact.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with divisional and regional leaders to ensure sales education objectives are perfectly aligned with internal sales and marketing priorities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)


What You will Need:

  • Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
  • Coordination of eye, hand and foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination / memory, reading ability and memory retention ability.
  • Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise
  • Must be able to manage time, projects, stress and conflict
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication
  • Must be able to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision
  • Must have the ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records
