About the Role 

• AV Technicians conduct daily checks of all AV equipment before the start of official working hours to ensure they are in good working condition. To arrange for servicing if deemed required.
• Troubleshoot and repair AV equipment to ensure optimal performance during meetings and events.
• Provide technical support during live events, ensuring seamless audiovisual experiences.
