Job Description:

We at DXC are looking for a Senior Consultant with IRM skills and experience, for our Danish ServiceNow delivery.

The Delivery team is part of a large European community working across borders to bring value and solutions to our clients across Europe.

As a consultant you will work with colleagues and customers to digitize governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes on the ServiceNow platform, delivering the best value for the customers.

Using your skills and knowledge, you will guide customers in their ServiceNow IRM journey, designing risk management services and building new optimized processes within ServiceNow. We work in professional teams to whom quality and delivering real value is a mindset for everyone. You will work with Implementation consultants, Business Analysts, Engagement Managers and Solutioning specialists to deliver the most value when analyzing, documenting, and improving business for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and challenge customers on IRM implementations and GRC business processes and implement these for customers in the ServiceNow platform to meet customer demands and expectations in risk and compliance management.
  • Challenge customers on their current risk management and compliance processes and optimize using a value driven mindset
  • Engage, build, and maintain personal relationships with customers and colleagues

 

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Danish and English
  • A background as Product Owner of Risk/Compliance Management and/or proven solutioning/development history within IRM (Integrated Risk Management)
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other similar ITSM tools as senior consultant, architect, developer, or backend fulfiller, or equivalent
  • Experience with GRC frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance management
  • Experience with Customer Engagement, and relationships
  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO, NIST) and the ability to translate this from demands to implementation
  • Experience with regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, NIS2, DORA) and how they translate into ServiceNow IRM configurations
  • Must be willing to travel and work at customer sites, as well as working from home and at the office
  • Mindset of wanting to help customers understand the possibilities of the ServiceNow platform and how to deliver that value through implementations
  • Ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in all work efforts
  • Maturity, professionalism, and judgement; ability to excel with minimum supervision
  • Must be willing to travel and work at customer sites, as well as working from home and at the office
