CRM Sales Manager-CIS
This position works out of our Kazakhstan location in the Cardiac Rhythm Management division.

As CRM Sales Manager-CIS, you'll -
Promote Abbott CRM products through sales calls, procedures support and education for current and potential customers within a defined territory (CIS countries).
Under the general supervision of General Manager CEEI/CIS/Turkey, the CRM Manager is mainly responsible to providing:
Achieve the yearly plan
Develop the FTE structure in the region and guide/mentor direct report team member in field activities.

What You'll Do-
Sales Support:
Responsible for the CRM Sales for CIS. Manage all the CRM team for the region. Conduct Business Review and do the proper planning to provide sales/inventory/projects forecast for his line manager. Responsible for division P&L and financial metrics on quarterly/yearly plan. Provide support for sales and marketing personnel in the set up and demonstration of Company products including the development and presentation of sales proposals. Provide technical support to customers and prospective customers by responding to inquiries and providing effective and timely resources and/or personal competences. Develop and maintain effective professional relationships with physicians and EP Lab personnel.
Clinical Support:
Provide clinical support on demand need basis to customers and prospective customers by responding to inquiries and providing effective high level service. Represent the Company as a professional and competent resource in support of client and Abbott objectives. Other involvements will be demonstration, set-up, testing and service of Company products which include devices and equipment for diagnosis, monitoring, managing and treating arrhythmias.

(Influence/Leadership) Cultivates a wide range of internal networks and begins to develop an external network of resources to facilitate completion of tasks. May demonstrate basic project management skills by acting as a project lead on well-defined projects.
Provides guidance to less experienced staff. Influence exerted at peer level and occasionally at first levels of management.
(Planning/Organization) Plans, organizes, and prioritizes own daily work routine to meet established schedule.
(Decision Making/Impact) Exercises authority and judgment within defined limits to determine appropriate action. Failure to achieve results or erroneous decisions or recommendations may cause delays and may result in the allocation of additional resources.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree plus 10 years (minimum) of related work experience with a good understanding of specified functional area, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Working knowledge and application of business concepts, procedures and practices. Will perform this job in a quality system environment. Failure to adequately perform tasks can result in noncompliance with governmental regulations.
Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Has a general knowledge of technical alternatives and an understanding of their impact on the systems environment
