By being part of this team, you will work Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, in a hybrid model, from our Iasi office.


How you’ll make an impact: 

  • Ensure accuracy and proper channel selection for purchase requests;

  • Align with requestors to complete missing or unclear details;

  • Handle PR/PO-related inquiries and resolve issues;

  • Provide consistent administrative and customer support;

  • Follow up via email and respond to messages within agreed timelines;

  • Coordinate with requestors and Strategic Buyers for issue resolution;

  • Escalate unresolved cases, vendor disputes, or complex inquiries as needed;

  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and documentation.

Skills that make your work successful:

  • You have a B2 minimum level of Italian and English;

  •  Previous experience, in Procurement/Sourcing/Sales or a customer service environment will be a plus;

  •  Negociation skills;

  •  Good communication abilities with suppliers, customer service oriented and analytical skills;

  •  Confident, positive, hardworking, high motivation and ability to learn;

  •  Experience with working in the team;

  •  Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge.

  • A Bachelor's degree may be required.
