Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Your role will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to drive effective decision-making and problem-solving. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Identify and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements. - Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions. - Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans. - Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. - Assist in the testing and validation of system functionality. - Provide support during the implementation and post-implementation phases. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Experience with process modeling and documentation tools. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks. - Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years of full time education is required.
