LOCATION: APPLY is hybrid/remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America, preferably working in hours that align to ET (Eastern Timezone) or PT (Pacific Timezone).
 
Candidates located in Santiago, Chile are able to work out of our Santiago office as remote/hybrid employees. Candidates located outside of Santiago, Chile will be fully remote employees.
 
THE ROLE:

As a Senior People Operations Specialist, you’ll be a cornerstone of our global People Operations function, sitting at the intersection of HRIS administration and people analytics. Reporting into the People Operations Lead, you will drive systems, programs, and employee experiences that keep our People function running accurately and at scale. This is a high-ownership, detail-driven role for someone who thrives on data integrity, process optimization, and delivering a seamless experience across the entire employee lifecycle in a fast-growing, global organization.
