We're looking for a Curious-minded team player to join our growing IIOT team, working from our Mason, OH offices. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Commission VIS-connected sensors and gateways remotely (from the office), including sensor settings, gateway settings, and portal settings, including product assignment, view, etc. 
  • Provide troubleshooting for VIS customers with sensor and gateway-related issues. 
  • Review customer portals on a periodic basis to assess quality and customer's utilization of data and communicate with customers to ensure they are engaged with VIS. 
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert in the subject of VEGA Inventory System, the Air series, and other IIoT hardware and software for other groups, including but not limited to Field Service, Outside Sales, Inside Sales, etc. 
  • Facilitate the submission of and collect customer forms and data necessary for portal startup, sensor and gateway commissioning, and customer training. 
  • Monitor support inbox, manage incoming inquiries and delegate to team members where necessary. 

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Four year Degree, preferably in a Technical Field. AND customer service experience.
  • OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong math skills
