A Day in the Life

Join Medtronic as a Sales Representative for our ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat) portfolio in the Southern Region of Saudi Arabia and be part of a global leader committed to advancing healthcare technology and improving patient outcomes. In this role, you will work closely with ENT surgeons, operating room teams, and healthcare institutions to introduce innovative solutions that support better surgical precision and patient care. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing market while developing strong clinical partnerships and expanding your expertise in medical device sales within a highly respected organization.

This role is field-based and focuses on supporting hospitals and healthcare providers across the Southern Region of Saudi Arabia. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing key accounts, providing clinical and product support in operating rooms when required, and driving business growth within the assigned territory. The position involves frequent travel within the region and close collaboration with internal teams including marketing, clinical specialists, and regional leadership to ensure successful execution of commercial strategies.


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Achieve sales targets and growth objectives for the ENT portfolio in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute territory plans covering key hospitals in the Southern Region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ENT surgeons, department heads, and hospital procurement teams.
  • Provide clinical and technical support during product evaluations, cases, and training sessions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand product utilization within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity tracking in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing, clinical specialists, and regional leadership to execute commercial strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with Medtronic policies and local regulatory requirements.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, medical sciences, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of medical device sales experience (ENT or surgical portfolio preferred).
  • Strong understanding of operating room dynamics and surgeon engagement.
  • Strong understanding of NUPCO and MOH process and sales cycle.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Southern Region.

Preferred qualifications include experience with ENT surgical technologies, an established network with ENT surgeons in the region, and prior experience working with both the Ministry of Health (MOH) and private healthcare sectors in KSA.
