Job Description:

The Courtesy Golf Cart Driver is responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for patients, visitors, and staff within the CoxHealth facilities, enhancing their experience by offering friendly and courteous service. Reporting to the Consumer Experience Team, this position ensures passengers reach their destinations comfortably while creating a positive and supportive environment.Education: • Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: • Preferred: Prioer experience in customer service Skills: • Outstanding verbal communication skills • Customer service experience,  ideally in healthcare, hospitality, or retail. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude. • Basic knowledge of the hospital campus or willingness to learn all campus locations. Licensure/Certification/Registration: • Required: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
