Operational Strategy & Governance

  • Define and maintain the global operating model for how IT engages with corporate functions.
  • Establish governance across demand management, prioritization, portfolio execution, resource allocation, and service performance.
  • Partner with the SAP Leader and program leadership to align operational models, change management, and adoption strategies for Finance, Procurement, and HR processes impacted by SAP modernization.
  • Lead the M&A team in enabling IT integration playbooks, repeatable onboarding processes, and standards for corporate function integration into the enterprise landscape.
  • Develop value realization frameworks and mechanisms for measuring transformation outcomes.

Performance, Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Build KPI and dashboard frameworks covering performance, cost, experience, and value metrics across corporate processes and systems.
  • Lead continuous improvement, maturity assessment, and workflow redesign using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and related methodologies.
  • Drive root-cause analysis and systemic remediation to reduce operational disruptions and escalations.

Program & Transformation Enablement

  • Act as an operational integrator across SAP programs, digital modernization initiatives, and corporate transformation portfolios.
  • Support M&A integration and separation efforts by establishing standardized processes for:
    ▪ due diligence
    ▪ onboarding/offboarding
    ▪ data migration
    ▪ access & identity
    ▪ controls & compliance
    ▪ process handover to steady state
  • Enable business partners and corporate functions to adopt new digital platforms, analytics, workflow automation, and shared service capabilities.

Service & Experience Optimization

  • Enhance the user experience for corporate stakeholders leveraging shared technology platforms and corporate services.
  • Align closely with GBS to drive cost efficiency, process standardization, and operational scale.
  • Establish vendor management and SLA/OLA models for critical service towers.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead a team of operational analysts, transformation specialists, and portfolio/performance managers.
  • Influence senior corporate leaders through structured data-driven insight.
  • Collaborate with country IT teams and global support functions to harmonize processes, controls, and service delivery.
