Responsibilities:
Advise on Employee Relations (ER) matters, such as harassment, discrimination, diversity, performance management, and workforce optimization; train and coach leaders to meet global standards.
Consult with People Organization, employees, and leadership on policies, procedures, employment laws, and regulations. Lead and engage in local China people related projects.
Manage the China ER team, providing supervision, coaching, and career development to achieve ER objectives.
Oversee workplace investigations in line with global policy, handle employee grievances, and ensure effective communication and documentation.
Lead separations, severance, and restructuring activities, ensuring compliance with global and local regulations.
Represent the company in labor disputes and manage cases with Legal and Management.
Analyze turnover data to identify trends and risks, support retention programs, and conduct exit interviews.
Build internal and external ER networks to benchmark and improve practices.
Implement technology solutions for greater agility, efficiency, and work quality.
Additional duties include data analysis, diversity program development, Code of Conduct support, labor audits, crisis management, and other assigned tasks.
