Who will you be working with?

You will be a Finance Manager working with the WGS operating team and the Services finance team. The WGS team serves as the aftermarket repair and spare parts provider. WGS repair components and distribute replacement parts. This role is a team player and is expected to partner with the operating team and the Services finance team.

How will you make a difference?

The WGS Finance Manager will support the WGS P&L, including orders, revenue, cost, margin, and cash financial execution and tracking.  In this role, you will integrate and develop processes that meet account/business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within finance, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate business environment
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate, Identify, and resolve complex financial issues
  • Experience managing through organizational change and transitions.
  • Strong accounting and system knowledge with process management experience
  • Advanced level of communication in English
  • Self starter, ability to leverage cross functional relationships to solve problems
  • Partnered and worked closely with customer or commercial groups
  • Established analytical and project management ability with a simplification / automation / digitization mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior business and/or ORACLE ERP experience

What will your typical day look like?

  • Serve as a business partner to the WGS team, including operating and commercial teams, to drive business initiatives, growth, and profitability
  • Partner with the operations team to drive operating performance, and ensure transactional accuracy of revenue, cost, and AR
  • Partner with global services FP&A leaders to create process for reporting and forecasting financials by customer for regular business reviews
  • Support monthly and quarterly closes analyzing actuals vs estimates and booking manual journal entries
  • Develop tools that simplify financial forecasting that can be leveraged across the business
  • Develop estimates, operating plans, forecasts for quarters & STRAP growth period, and analyze variances to forecasts and determine key actions to achieve such forecasts.
  • Manage Intercompany profit and profit eliminations
  • Drive a mindset of process simplification, digitization and automation within the Services business and finance organizations through expanded use of Qlikview, Denodo, Power BI and other tools.
  • Partner with shared services team to support back-end financial processes, including billing reconciliations, account reconciliations, manual journal entries and auditing
