Are you ready to lead as a Senior Security Technical Program Manager at GoDaddy? Can you handle broad challenges and prioritize positive relationships with diverse collaborators? GoDaddy seeks a Senior TPM to apply their tech skills, organize efficiently, and lead to craft innovative security solutions. 

What you'll get to do... 

  • Coordinate the strategic direction of the Product Security Team across the entire organization. 
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement 1-year and 3-year security engineering strategies.
  • Develop and refine the overarching Product Security strategy using a risk-based approach.
  • Monitor and report on risk reduction through tracking objectives and key results in Product Security.
  • Leverage your industry expertise to manage resolution and retesting of complex security incidents, policy inquiries, and technical security risks. 

 Your experience should include... 

  • 10+ years of progressive security engineering experience with expertise in multiple security domains such as Security Architecture, Cryptography, Network Security, Cloud Security, Mobile Security, and Web Security. 
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with strong communication and a solid technical understanding of standard methodologies in security engineering.
  • Experience in managing company-wide Product Security programs.
  • Expertise in Secure Development Lifecycle and Shift Left methodologies with a focus on Security by Design.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, Ruby, or PowerShell).
  • Experience in applying security engineering practices that align with security and privacy compliance requirements.
  • A Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

 You might also have... 

  • PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field. 
  • Hosting industry experience.
