Summary:

The DCF Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting commercial activities for Drilling & Completions Fluids within an assigned territory in Brazil. This role focuses on opportunity development, proposal preparation, pricing support, and coordination with technical and operational teams. The position reports directly to the Sales Manager.

You will be responsible for:

  • Account Management — Support commercial engagement across assigned accounts, including opportunity identification, contract follow‑up, and customer interface.
  • DCF Portfolio Promotion — Present and position Drilling & Completions Fluids solutions aligned with customer operational needs.
  • Proposal Development — Prepare technical‑commercial proposals for fluids systems within established commercial frameworks.
  • Pricing & Contract Support — Apply predefined pricing structures and support negotiation activities under guidance from the Sales Manager.
  • Tender Participation — Contribute to tender submissions, commercial clarifications, and documentation requirements.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination — Collaborate with Technical Sales, Engineering, and Service Delivery to ensure accurate scoping and alignment with operational execution.
  • Upsell Identification — Identify incremental revenue opportunities related to fluids optimization, additives, and system enhancements.
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management — Maintain CRM updates, opportunity pipeline accuracy, and timely reporting.
  • Commercial Initiative Execution — Support technology introductions, customer trials, and performance‑improvement programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (Engineering, Chemistry, Geology, Business, or related fields).OR High school diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience in Sales.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Sales, preferably in Drilling & Completions Fluids or related Well Construction services.
