The Role:

  • This role partners closely with business units, IT, and Cat Digital to deliver seamless digital experiences and communications that support customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, and operational efficiency. This role will directly influence how customers engage with Cat Financial throughout their lifecycle — from onboarding to renewal.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to plan marketing automation activities, gather requirements, develop UX prototypes, and partner with development teams to deliver automated digital experiences.
  • Support agile sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and deployment activities for digital products and campaigns.
  • Contributes to policies and practices for product design, training, documentation, and problem resolution.
  • Supports the execution of marketing technology initiatives from the product roadmap and communicates business requirements to delivery partners.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance, security, and compliance standards.


Degree Requirement

  • Degree in Marketing and/or Communications or equivalent experience desired

Skill Required:

  • Effectiveness Measurement: Knowledge of effective measurement techniques and ability to measure the quality and quantity of work effort for the purpose of improvement.

  • Creativity: Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations.
  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
  • Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
  • Digital Marketing: Knowledge of processes, techniques, and platforms of digital marketing; ability to implement or manage digital marketing programs.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Marketing Cloud – Hands-on expertise in leveraging marketing automation platforms for campaign execution.
  • Agile Team Collaboration – Proven success working in agile environments, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • CRM Proficiency – Solid experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms to manage data and enhance customer engagement.

Compensation & Benefits:

Summary Pay Range:

$94,728.00 - $151,572.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
