About the Role

position：高级专员，高净值业务推动岗

岗位职责：

• 为绩优高手提供销售支持，担任专家顾问，提供包括KYC、保险金信托/资产配置/传承规划咨询、整体解决方案等建议，并追踪案件促成。
• 根据渠道需求和部门计划，开发高净值相关培训及客户讲座课程，并执行相应的活动计划，支持和配合各区部的培训及活动需求。
• 落实实施总部高净值推动策略与计划，结合高净值异业合作资源，推进服务和活动在当地的持续推广。
• 根据业务需要，落实和执行业务推动活动和项目，发展北京高净值业务。
• 上级主管安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：

• 全日制本科或以上学历，拥有5-8年保险相关业务推动、产品培训相关经验，有信托经验优先。
• 具备优秀的销售经验及培训技能
• 具备高净值客户经营或销售陪访经验
• 具有出色的沟通协调能力和项目管理经验。
• 优秀的演讲能力和协调组织能力良好的自我驱动力及抗压能力。

• 具有良好的英语能力
