What You'll Bring:

  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in customer success or delivery operations.
  • Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to perform VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Formulas and similar advanced functions.   
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple partnership relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including communicating with external clients and partner teams.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. Experience working in startups is a plus.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Client Success Manager-Incident Response will manage an active case load of breach responses cases.
  • Manage high volume, fast paced, breach cases from contract close through full breach case remediation to billing to close.
  • Act as a key liaison with data breach-oriented law firms, cyber insurance vendors
  • Internally collaborate with key stake holders

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

Pay Scale Information :

The salary range for this position is $83,900.00 - $143,000.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job and does not include our bonus incentive(s). This position is eligible for bonus incentive(s). At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.
