Join us as Lead Business Analyst for Global Customer Solutions and play a central role in shaping how we deliver value to customers across our global business. This is a high impact opportunity to influence strategy, drive transformation, and partner with leaders across IT and the business to deliver smarter, more efficient customer solutions. Working remotely within the United States, you will help advance our capabilities and strengthen our competitive edge.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead business analysis across more than 25 customer solution processes that directly impact customer satisfaction, service levels, and order management performance
  • Define and deliver business cases, identifying opportunities to enhance processes while maximizing existing technology investments
  • Drive measurable improvements in process performance through successful project delivery
  • Promote global process standardization and increase reuse of technology across customer solution processes
  • Develop clear, testable requirements and functional use cases aligned to business and strategic objectives
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement through workshops, walkthroughs, and approvals to ensure accurate and effective solutions
  • Recommend solution options that balance business needs, value, and long-term direction
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve root causes of business and technical challenges

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7 to 10 years of relevant IT experience, or Master’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in customer solutions within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong expertise in global ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP, including Order Management, EDI, Middleware, Supply Chain, and Finance modules
  • Proven experience with Order to Cash processes and integrations across ERP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Middleware, and Esker
  • Experience delivering transformation across multiple global project lifecycles
  • Strong process improvement capability using Visio, ERP analytics, and Lean or Six Sigma practices
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with application lifecycle management, testing, and documentation such as BRDs and RTMs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • 10-20% Domestics and International travel

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $125,500 - $207,250 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. In addition to base pay, we provide competitive bonus and benefits, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, parental leave, and generous PTO, paid company holidays annually and 8 hours of Volunteer time and a variety of wellness offerings such as EAP.
