Manager – AR & Revenue Operations will be a working leader in this fast-growing company and will be positioned to make a real impact on the business. They will own the end-to-end revenue realization processes (including customer credit, AR, cash application, sales representative commission accounting), and ensure CRM data integrity – while working cross functionally with Commercial and Customer Success teams.  

This is a hybrid position with 3 days in office out of Wayzata, MN, Hazelwood, MO or Ames, IA.
 
Responsibilities: 
 

  • Leads and executes customer accounting, revenue operations and credit and collections  
  • Develops and maintains Pivot Bio's customer and sales rep accounting including sales volumes, pricing, sales incentives and commissions to ensure data integrity  
  • Develop, implement and maintain efficient processes for customer orders, invoicing, statements, refunds, and rep commission tracking and payment  
  • Collaborate with Director of Internal Audit to build and maintain SOX compliance  
  • Leads and executes partnerships with third party lenders to develop and manage customer credit programs  
  • Maintain efficient cash customer collections processes  
  • Leads a team of AR and Rev. Ops Analysts. Builds and enables a high-performing team through several growth stages 
  • Participates as a key contributor to the upgrade, design, development and implementation of core systems, processes, and dashboard tools  
  • Special projects/duties as assigned 

 

Qualifications And Experience 

  • 7+ years business experience; with increasing levels of responsibility  
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics  
  • Experience with major CRM and ERP systems and associated planning and reporting tools  
  • Essential background in operational analysis, performance analysis, and financial analysis  
  • Hands-on leader who gets involved; collaboration is a strong skillset  
  • Superb attention to detail, strong planning and organization skills, ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; exhibits 'extreme ownership' attitude in areas of responsibility  
  • Prior experience in a dynamic, high growth environment is strongly preferred
