Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex backend services using Golang.
• Architect and implement microservices and distributed systems for high scalability.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate with relational and NoSQL databases and external APIs.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in coding, security, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Professional experience in backend development, with at least 3+ years in Golang.
• Strong expertise in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS).
• Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Solid understanding of concurrency, performance optimization, and system design.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (Git).
