Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Setting up, managing, and monitoring materials, tools, and production equipment
  • Resolving minor malfunctions, and operating the production equipment
  • Perform production tasks (such as assembling instruments), overseeing safety and continuously monitoring process flow
  • Identify and communicate about production bottlenecks and identify product deviations
  • Liaise with development engineers regarding product and/or production changes
  • Using your production knowledge and experience, you'll provide input to engineers for process development, improvement, and assurance

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • MBO level 3-4 in the field of process operator, (precision) mechanical engineering, or similar
  • Experience in a production environment and affinity for precision mechanics
  • Experience training others is a plus
  • Proficiency in English
  • Tech savvy, affinity for ICT
