The I&S Geozone Sales Leader is responsible for leading the commercial growth of the Integrated Solutions business within an assigned country. This role develops and executes sales strategies, drives opportunity pipeline development, strengthens strategic customer relationships, and secures profitable business opportunities aligned with regional and global objectives.

As an I&S Geozone Sales Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing country sales strategies aligned with regional business priorities.
• Building and maintaining a healthy opportunity pipeline across oil & gas and energy transition markets.
• Identifying new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and entry strategies.
• Establishing and maintaining executive-level relationships with key customers, NOCs, IOCs, and strategic partners.
• Positioning Baker Hughes as the preferred integrated solutions provider.
• Representing the company during executive customer engagements and negotiations.
• Leading qualification and pursuit of strategic business opportunities.
• Coordinating bid/no-bid decisions.

• Leading commercial strategy development, pricing benchmark, contract negotiations, and value proposition.
• Ensuring a seamless transition from sales pursuit to project execution following contract award.
• Delivering annual revenue, orders, and margin targets.
• Driving pricing discipline while maintaining competitiveness.
• Monitoring competitors, customer spending plans, and market and pricing trends.
• Improving win rates and commercial profitability.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 10+ years in oil & gas or energy commercial leadership
• Have proven success leading large tenders and contract negotiations
• Demonstrate commercial and financial acumen
• Have experience working with NOCs and IOCs
