SOCi, the CoMarketing Cloud for Multi-Location Enterprises, is currently looking for a Associate Solutions Engineer to play a pivotal role in connecting our innovative technology with potential clients. This position is perfect for individuals who are naturally curious, creative problem solvers, and have experience in customer-facing technical roles within the SaaS industry.

SOCi expects to pay a base salary in the range of $65,000 - $82,500 USD base plus bonuses/commission. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Partner with Sales Executives to target potential customers, collaborating on presentations and product demonstrations specifically in the property vertical. 
  • Become a product expert on all technical aspects of SOCi's products and services.
  • Employ the Great Demo methodology in leading discovery calls and delivering product demonstrations.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing training, industry networking, and participating in professional societies and events.
  • Contribute to the success of the SOCi team by assisting fellow Sales Engineers.
  • Engage in various fast-paced projects and assist in completing RFPs and security documentation.
  • Help maintain and optimize SOCi's demo environments.
  • Implement professional sales engineering concepts and grow your industry and product knowledge.
  • Document deal activity in CRM - Hero Software, customizing demos to meet specific client needs.
  • Develop stable internal working relationships, collaborating with teammates, managers, and aligned Account Executives.
  • Communicate client needs and pre-sales details to post-sales CS Team to effectively set up a new client for long-term success

What You’ll Need to be Successful

  • Remote Opportunity: Ability to work 100% remotely 
  • Must Have:  
    • 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS company.
    • Demonstrated experience in software platform demonstrations or similar customer-facing technical roles.
    • Exceptional presentation skills and confidence in engaging with large groups.
    • Curiosity about how things work and a resourceful approach to problem-solving.
    • Capability to grasp use cases in at least one vertical market.
    • Strong communication and collaborative skills.
    • Willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned
