POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Analyst – Order To Cash will have a strong business analysis skill set and be capable of bridging the gap between our technical team and business stakeholders, preference is SAP background.

This role will help develop solutions for complex end-to-end business processes and drive continuous improvement effort to streamline business processes.

By understanding the overall business process, person should be able to understand any issues in the existing system while taking up any new enhancements or projects coming in the OTC area. This also includes understanding the clear business requirement and to implement in the system along with the co-ordination with other modules such as MM/PP/WM/FICO and ABAP, as and when required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

  • Collaborates closely with the business to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.  
  • Conduct thorough analysis to understand and document business requirements, processes, and objectives.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC) modules to design and implement effective solutions
  • Perform testing, provide training, and define support procedures and implementation processes. Resolve system issues and recommend and implement SAP best practices.
  • Work to align strategic goals with SAP technology to achieve desired business outcomes. Analyze, define, and develop solutions and work collaboratively with project management, functional, and technical teams to ensure projects align with governance and strategic business requirements.
  • Drives small to medium sized projects with planning, development, and implementation of system solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather feedback and provide updates on project progress.
  • Effectively uses ITIL methodology in performing all tasks.
  • Creates systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to application developers.
  • Coordinates and performs in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:  

  • 2 to 4 years of business analyst experience, preference SAP experience in Order To Cash
  • BE/ BTech in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Understanding of the SAP component area relevant to the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and other modules
  • Great to have worked in 1 end to end implementation project.
  • Familiar with a variety of project methodologies, tools, and frameworks from multiple industries / businesses.
  • Experience in SAP support, experience working in a customer service orientated environment.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • High energy, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with diverse remote teams, managing through a matrix structure, and will require strong analytical skills, process & project management, combined with well-developed team leadership and influencing skills.
  • Agile methodology experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including preparation and delivery of executive-level presentations
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving and process management skills
  • Demonstrated tendency to challenge the status quo and drive constant improvement in process and ability to achieve organizational goals
  • Possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Order to Cash processes, including pricing, order management, and billing.
