What You'll Do:

As our New Business Account Strategist Intern you’ll be working alongside the team to retain and grow the wide range of new business coming from various industries and to develop a strategic partnership across Criteo’s products.

You will provide support on various types of clients:

  • Monitoring, optimizing & reporting campaign performances to advertisers

  • Solving any client issue/bug on campaign: troubleshooting issues and liaising and working closely with Business Intelligence and Technical Solutions team to go deeper

  • Helping the team identify growth opportunities within current new business portfolio

  • Performing admin tasks such as tickets or communication with operational teams

Contribute to the team's success by:

  • Improving tools and internal processes: you will take part in creation of tools to automate and improve certain tasks

  • Monitoring of performance, identifying opportunities, (covering certain AS tasks if they are not present)

  • Being involved in other marketing activities

Who You Are:

  • Native German and fluent in English - both spoken and written

  • Strong knowledge of all core MS Office applications

  • Business sense to handle a multitasking environment where prioritization is key

  • Analytical skills and attention to details

  • Good organization & communication skills

  • Passion for the digital industry and AdTech trends

  • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment

  • Team spirit, positive & resilient
